Maple Bakery Emulsion adds the rich flavor of real maple to your baked goods and frostings without adding sweetness.
The flavour in a bakery emulsion is suspended in water rather than being alcohol-based, meaning the flavour will adhere to the fat source and will not bake out. You read that right... The flavour does not bake out!
Emulsions can be used in batters (from cakes and cookies to sweet breads and even cheesecake) and in frosting or icing. The true-to-taste nature of emulsions allows you to have a better sense of the finished food before baking (and add a few extra drops of flavour as needed).
