Add a touch of glamour to cookies and cakes with this metallic royal icing mix!

With excellent elasticity, the mix is not only perfect for detailed extension work and traditional flooding techniques, it's great for adding metallic drips to cakes. No more painting by hand!

The pre-coloured mix is easy to use - simply add water to achieve your required consistency. 

To use:

1. Combine 1/2 cup of Icing Mix with 2-3 teaspoons of water.
2. Mix well by hand until powder is incorporated and desired consistency is acheived.
3. Add more water to thin icing or more powder to thicken icing in 1/2 teaspoon increments.

To dry faster: add more powder in 1/2 teaspoon increments and mix thoroughly to remove any lumps.
To slow drip speed: add more powder in 1/2 teaspoon increments and mix thoroughly to remove any lumps.
