Group the balloons in bunches to maximise the effect of these unique Halloween party decorations.
Each pack contains:
5 x 12" (30cm) Black Latex balloons
1m white webbing to wrap around the balloons
15 plastic spiders
40 glue dots
Tip: Stretch the cobweb before adding to balloons (the more you stretch, the more life like it looks). Inflate balloons them use glue dots to keep web and spiders in place.
Balloons supplied uninflated.
