Returns and Refunds
We are confident that you will be very happy with your purchase from Sweet Pea Parties. However if you are not totally satisfied please contact us within 48 hours and you may return it to us within 7 days to either exchange or receive a store credit.
Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition and in original packaging along with a copy of the original receipt.
For food safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of food or edible items.
Please contact us to arrange a return. Note that return delivery is at your cost, and Sweet Pea Parties is not liable for the loss of a product being returned. We recommend you use a tracked courier service when returning items.
Sorry, we do not refund because you've changed your mind or because you did not end up using the product.
Faulty Goods or Products Damaged in Transit:
We carefully check the quality of our products prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product or a product being damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
To help us deal with your query efficiently, please provide your order number and photos of the damaged product(s) if applicable.
In the event you do return an item and the fault is accepted by Sweet Pea Parties, we will refund the cost of the return shipping and either; send a replacement, provide a store credit, or make a full refund.
