Description

PME Cool 'n Set Spray is designed to quickly set and firm up edible decorations, especially useful for chocolate, royal icing, and sugar work. A must have when creating delicate chocolate decorations!

It's ideal for securing delicate or gravity-defying elements on cakes and other confections. 

The spray comes in a 100ml canister with a fine nozzle for precise application, allowing for targeted cooling without affecting the surrounding areas. 

Shake well before use, spray a thin even layer approximately 25 - 30 cm away from surface.
