Super fast communication when I had ordered lots of streamers they were waiting on a shipment to have the number I needed and they emailed within a day to check the date I needed them by and work out a plan if I needed them within that week. Super fast shipping too and fantastic service. I have used them now for several large events and they made it really easy and fast to get high quality decorations for a good price. I will definitely will keep using them and have recommended to friends.

Did not hold up to the same day delivery claim. Took almost two weeks to be delivered (Ordered on the 13/07/26, delivered on the 25/07/26. A employee called on the 17/07/26 to ask if it had been delivered then had an attitude once learning I hadn’t received my package said she’ll pack and ship it then hung up, just to make me wait another week. Will not be shopping with your companies in the future.
