PME Powder Food Colour - Snowdrop White (Titanium Dioxide) is great for whitening buttercream, royal icing, fondant and more. Powder is perfect when you can't use a liquid colour.

100% edible, free from artificial colours and preservatives.

Please note: this pot of white powdered food colour appears half full compared to other colours in the same range. This is because Titanium Dioxide is heavier than other colours and content is by weight (2g), not volume.
