Wilton Bright White Icing Colour

Need your icing a little whiter? Look no further than Wilton's Bright-White Concentrated Gel Food Colouring (formerly White White). 

Perfect for using in buttercream, royal icing and more, this white gel food colouring brightens your buttercream and lightens your coloured icing with just a few drops. It's concentrated, so a little goes a long way. 

Get a clean, bright white for a wedding cake, or use it to lighten up a darker icing colour. Simply apply a small amount of Bright White to your icing, then mix to incorporate. 

Tip: if your butter is really yellow, beat in a mixer for at least 10 minutes to lighten before adding Bright White.
