Silicone Mould - Mini Italics Alphabet & Number Set

These letter sets are the perfect touch to add to your baked goods. You can use fondant, chocolate, gum paste, isomalt and many other bases!

They're flexible with easy removal. Simply add whatever design and spelling you like to cookies, cupcakes, cakes and more!

Size of each letter/number varies from 0.7-1cm height.

Use with flower or modelling paste (gumpaste), fondant (with tylose as hardener), marzipan and more. 

Tips:

• Roll gently over the silicone mould and remove excess paste with a blade tool rather than a knife to avoid damaging the sugarcraft silicone mould.
• For easy release, the sugarcraft silicone moulds can be lightly dusted with cornflour.
